IT Service Analytics is provided free of charge “as-is” . However we do charge for installation and training of the plattform (*Euro 2500) or you can choose an optional maintenance and support plan where installaton and training is inluded (*Euro 7500) / Year). There is no additional cost for number of management groups, objects or services.
